*****ing. Ymoney, awaiting refund after more than a month

Never use them!! The worse experience with them and still waiting for MY money?!

Made online payment 25/01/2025, on 29/01/2025 I had to follow op because haven't received order. They rep**** to say something is out of stock so I requested a refund so that they can send met the rest of the stock I urgently needed. It's 28/02/2025, I follow up 3 times a week, today I phoned and everyday, the person on the WhatsApp line and the lady that I spoke on the phone, say they will get back to me

So fed up to ask my money back.
