NO REFUND RECEIVED AFTER 6 WEEKS

I have ordered a shower chair bench from them for my father-in-law on the 29 April 2025. My father-in-law passed away on the 5 May 2025 and I ask them to cancel the order for me and give me a refund as the order is not shipped yet. They agreed to cancel the order, and they will charge me a 10% handling fee to which I agreed to. They said it will take 7 to 14 days to refund. After a few emails and whatsapps, no refund has been received until today 11 June 2025.
