Super disappointed in the false adverti*****t that you did, and for the fact that there a many others here who are complaining about the same thing (and you have not addressed a single one) should have been a red flag for me.

Please don't advertise "free gifts" if you have no intention of sending them with the order. And what surprises me is that the same free gift that is now out of stock is being offered on another promotion.
