Super disappointed in the false adverti*****t that you did, and for the fact that there a many others here who are complaining about the same thing (and you have not addressed a single one) should have been a red flag for me. Please don't advertise "free gifts" if you have no intention of sending them with the order. And what surprises me is that the same free gift that is now out of stock is being offered on another promotion. Never buy from Clinique online, you have become a ****!
I am really not happy with how your agents treat us. My rent is always paid on time but I NEVER get assistant when I need it. I am locked out of my apartment building and because they are at a "team building" I am told to ask my neighbours to open for me. First off, I do not pay rent to my neighbours and they do not owe me any assistance for something I should receive from my agent.
USE AT OWN RISK! Was with pineapple for a little over a month and I had had it with them. They decided to cancel cover on one of my vehicles with no reason and no notice, till today I still don't know why cover was cancelled. There is no call centre and they answer chats whenever they feel like. If you want peace of mind please stay away from pineapple!

I submitted a claim on the 25 October and to date there is no feedback and I have exhausted my airtime while on hold on the call centre. This is totally unacceptable because when you deduct premiums we don't put you on hold but when it comes time for you to pay you play hide and seek. Attend to my query!!!
Well this is disappointing considering that my other online orders have arrived in time and I have received updates on the status of my order. Been trying your customer care number for days and I don't know where you think we get the airtime to stay on hold for such a long time. Please refund me as I see that I wont be getting my order anytime soon. Just to be clear, your CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES SUCKS!
My contract ended in August, I cancelled it before then buy you are still billing me??? I have been calling your call center non stop and they are as useless as the network. Cancel my contract and expect me to be moving to a network with better agents. Useless!!!
