I purchased a mattress through mattress warehouse late November 2024. it started to get permanent indentations in the pillow top within a month. I contacted Mattress warehouse and they got me in touch with cloud 9. A consultant came to my house and said we could exchange for similar or upgrade. I got an email response with no explanation of the issue but was given an option to purchase another mattress if I paid an additional amountof over R2500 and it must be within 30 days. I was not happy with this and communicated with a sales person at their office in Queensmead Durban. I stated that we needed to see and test the mattress.I was given a store to go to to look at bed but when We arrived it the store did not have it. this store was 50 kms from home. I had to go to their warehouse to see the beds which is over 70 kms from home. I also checked prices online for the proposed bed and the difference was a lot less than what they wanted to charge me. This was totally ignored and the manager was not available and never communicated with me. The sent a similar exchange price and I have refused this. for reasons previously outlined to them. I have had no feedback so assume I will have to keep the mattress
