Last year I purchased "the best" bed for a small fortune. From the first month the mattress sagged. I reported it to Cloud 9 which took forever to come back to me. Long story short - eventually they sent out their specialist who accessed to mattress and couldn't find anything wrong. I complained again and they replaced the mattress with exactly the same make. I experienced the same problem with the new mattress. Another call to Cloud 9 - again took ages to get back to me. Sent out the specialist .... didn't find anything wrong .... and now they just ignore my follow ups. This is the most expensive and uncomfortable mattress I owned in my life. Very very disappointing. I see similar complaints/reviews on the Cloud 9 mattresses. I wish I did my homework before I made the purchase and not believe the salesman!!!!!! Expense lesson learned.
