I signed up with Cloud connect an encountered internet problems from the get go.
I had many months of huge frustration with failed Zoom calls for my business and kids schooling. I spent hours trying to work out what was going on. May hours of airtime on the phone with Cloud connect support.
Eventually I paid for an expert to come in and resolve this and it turns out it was a configuration issue by the Cloud Connect installation team.
This cost me frustration, times and lots of money.
I complained and requested some kind of compensation. No answer. No response. I followed up a number of times over a period of 3 months with tickets, emails and calls. No response. Not even as courtesy call. Silence!
I'm now cancelling my account.
They've lost a good client.
