Fines SA email me and call me regularly with requests to pay ALREADY PAID fines. There's no chance that this is a mistake. They have access to enatis, and I've alerted them to this, and they just continue. I believe they simply pocket the second payment and hope the consumer doesn't realise.
These guys a cons! They keep sending messages about fines that need to be paid and list them on their site. however in my case the fines have already been paid. I'd hate to know the effort they would put me through to recover my money if I paid. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't notify me that the payment I made was for a fine that's already been paid.
Great experience again! They fixed my fridge, were professional and friendly.
Terrible service. Still waiting for any word on my repair. Have emailed 2x, no response. Have called 6 x and get put through to someone who hangs up on me or to a "this mailbox doesn't accept messages" ... and hangs up. They even take my number and promise to call back ... but never do.
My car has a Matix immobilizer provided by Mix Telematics. I canceled my contract years ago and the unit is draining my battery. I'm tying to have it removed, however, Mix Telematics keep saying they are going to call me back with an agent who can do the job ..... but they NEVER do!!! I've called them more than 5 times now. Each time they promise to get back to me, but never do.

TravelStart makes it easy to book BUT then it's impossible to contact them and they don't respond to the Web Contact forms they do offer. > They landline number tells you to use whatsapp or their website forms > Their Whatsapp bot has only very superficial info and tells you to make use of the website forms > They don't respond to request using their website forms I need help and they make it impossible to get help!?
I'm an establishment on SafariNow. I had a guest (Desiree Roos of Stellenbosch) who left without paying the balance of the amount she owed and is refusing to pay. I've tried to contact SafariNow via MULTIPLE of their support email addresses, via phone and I get no response. No support. It's impossible to contact them. This probably applies to guests too, looking for support. It's really unacceptable, they are down the road in Cape Town and yet, I cannot get ANY support and now I'm out of pocket to the value of R2200.
