I bought a cloud nine bed month end December 2025 at Bradlows and January I started hearing sound when I get on and off from the bed. I lodged a complain at the store and they said I must send pictures and a video of the sound the bed makes and they didn’t respond I then lodged a complain online and they were quick to respond and they escalated the master to the manufacturer. And now the manufacturer asked where the bed noice comes from and I told them from the mattress and they said no it comes from the base. So the manufacturer said they will send correspondence to the store I bought the bed for a base exchange. Now I no longer feel comfortable with the bed for an exchange because of the experience I went through and I told the manufacturer that I want a refund for another brand in the store. Please assis wtith a refund.
