Hello Peter. I have a problem with the guest lodge that I booked in a month ago, Club Cocomo Guest house. My reservation was booked for the 01st - 03rd of October. During the month of August we had a funeral and I had to cancel all my bookings as I had to mourn with my family.
The cancelation policy did mention that if I cancel less than a month they will charge me 50% which I don't mind as death was unforeseen. Now the guest house does not want to pay me the remaining fees.
PLEASE HELP
