ANGRY CUSTOMER

I am a member of First Loyalty Plus for the past year, i tried booking a weekend at Bushmans Neck this past weekend and has been through hell with these people, the money came off my account on Tuesday 22nd June 2021 which was booked online, i never received any confirmation oif the booking so i called them the next day, they turned around and said to me they have not received any payment and told me to contact my bank of which i did, THE MONEY WAS PAID!!! they then turned around to me to say my booking had been taken by someone else, thats why i did not recieve confirmation, LOAD OF HOGWASH, i then was told that my money would be in my account by 2h45 Thursday 24th June, STILL NOTHING. I then booked at Drak Gardens and on friday night at 8pm i get a call from Bushmans Neck saying where am i, holy cow what a joke, i told them i had not received confirmation so i had gone somewhere else, truelly this company is a joke!!! i then called on monday for my money and they said i must call my bank for them to release my money it is Wednesday now over a week and still waiting for the money. FOLKS IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY CANCEL IT YOUR MONEY WILL BE STOLEN!!!!!!!!DONT DO IT.
