ANGRY CUSTOMER
I am a member of First Loyalty Plus for the past year, i tried booking a weekend at Bushmans Neck this past weekend and has been through hell with these people, the money came off my account on Tuesday 22nd June 2021 which was booked online, i never received any confirmation oif the booking so i called them the next day, they turned around and said to me they have not received any payment and told me to contact my bank of which i did, THE MONEY WAS PAID!!! they then turned around to me to say my booking had been taken by someone else, thats why i did not recieve confirmation, LOAD OF HOGWASH, i then was told that my money would be in my account by 2h45 Thursday 24th June, STILL NOTHING. I then booked at Drak Gardens and on friday night at 8pm i get a call from Bushmans Neck saying where am i, holy cow what a joke, i told them i had not received confirmation so i had gone somewhere else, truelly this company is a joke!!! i then called on monday for my money and they said i must call my bank for them to release my money it is Wednesday now over a week and still waiting for the money. FOLKS IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY CANCEL IT YOUR MONEY WILL BE STOLEN!!!!!!!!DONT DO IT.

Games are liars
I sent a complaint about game regarding there prices, i bought a DSTV decoder for R1299.00 and found the same one for R999.00 i took it back and they would not give me my money, i repoted this and game still has not contacted me, and not you are advertising this on TV, you people make me sick, and i will down game on social media and anywhere i can for the rest of my life, you are frauds.. anyone else have this problem let me know my number is ********** 937

Scam Busters
I went into game on friday last week to buy a DSTV Decoder they informed me of a SPECIAL on the explorer for R1299.00 i needed the decoder urgently so i paid and left, i then had to go to Multi-choice to activate the decoder which i was not informed of in durban, once i had activated the decoder, multi-choice then informed me dont i want another decoder for R999.00 i then said i had already paid for this but will take it to game and get the R300 back due to there policy, i get there today and there is a whole **** and bull story that they wont do this cause of the trade in with multi-choice, when i was informed by the salesman that they were the cheapest, biggest scamsters on earth and will do my utmost to defame them on social media for the rest of my being, they are such rip offs dont deal with game!!!!!!!!!!!!!
