An expensive nightmare holiday.

We had nothing but bad experiences with Clubmed. We were ****med out of money and had to deal with rude staff. We booked 2 business class tickets but to our surprise we travelled twice in economy class. When I asked Clubmed for a refund for the price difference and a detailed invoice to see how much more we paid for the “business class” tickets, it was refused. Albion in Mauritius was also a disappointment. The food was mediocre to bad and many of the staff rude and uncooperative. The beach was also a disappointment and the entertainment was boring. Our 1 week holiday for 2 cost us R163000 but I feel I was ******. Never again will we travel with Clubmed.
