Amazing service from a very knowledgable team. My vehicle was recovered from deep in the Cederberg and I was soon back on the road thanks to their assistance. I would fully recommend this company for any towing or vehicle repairs. Thank you Johan and Willem!

I Googled CMB for their number and saw a bad review for them, so I felt I needed to say that we have been using CMB for years and have always been happy with their service and workmanship, which is why we use them for our annual service every year.

Just a warning to everyone out there, I have never experienced service like this before. I had my vehicle towed in by CMB they quote on an engine overall which I accepted, granted it was over the festive season but it took twice as long as quoted, and only ever got feedback when I called and rushed them on. Once I had received the vehicle back it presented with oil leak after oil leak which they say is not covered by the warranty. They eventually agreed to replace a seal, after trying to make me pay in more, only to find out that they replaced the wrong seal because the oil leak continued. In the process however damaged the transfer case seal. They now refuse to respond to any correspondence. Upon investigating my options , I find out that even while they use the RMI logo are not RMI approved. All in all I spent R45 000 and lost an additional R40 000 in sale price, selling the car as is. Be warned, DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!

My car broke down near Clanwilliam due to overheating. CMB Motors was called by my insurance and they towed the car to their premises and assured me that they could fix the vehicle, and informed me that the overheating was caused by a broken pipe. I paid over R11 000 for them to repair my car but when I took delivery of the vehicle 2 weeks later, it overheated again whilst driving back to Cape Town. I returned it to them with the view that they needed to fix it properly, having obviously not fixed the cause of the problem initially and given I had paid them a lot of money. They told me that it would cost another R9 000 for them to fix the car (claiming that this time it was a faulty radiator cap which caused the overheating). When I declined the quote, the refused to release my car into my possession unless I paid them the costs of them towing the vehicle the second time. I have reported the matter to the Motor Vehicle Industry Ombudsman and am awaiting an outcome of the case. I would not recommend this vehicle repair company to anyone.

My car broke down close to clanwilliam these guys offered me R1300 to tow my car in and R900 to work on my car so I thought its great service the manager Johan/ Attie promised me they don't do half jobs they said my car is in good hands. I live in Cape town so its difficult to check up on progress.i was told that my fuel injectors gave in and my top gasket blew. They kept my car for almost 2 months and send it to nissan without my permission got no quotes or feedback after asking every day how much it would cost, their answer is always sorry we can't answer you.I got a invoice of R60000 that's after i begged them that its covid -19 cashflow is low they ignored that and carried on and if you don't have the cash you can't have your car. I borrowed money. And payed them it was not even 2 weeks my car did the same before i got to work. I contacted the guys at CMB CLANWILLIAM AND THEY DID NOT GIVE 2 SHTS ABOUT MY CAR. THEY BLAMED NISSAN FOR FAULT BUT WHEN ON INSPECTION BY A PROFESSIONAL THEY FOUND THAT THESE GUYS DID NOT EVEN REPLACE MY TOP GASKET LET ALONE DO ANYTHING ON MY CAR.ON THE OTHER HAND I RECEIVED ALL MY REPLACED PARTS AND INVOICE FROM NISSAN( ACCUSED BY CMB) in my car but no evidence of CMBS WORK ON MY CAR I ASKED FOR PROOF OF WHAT THEY HAVE DONE IM STILL WAITING.
