Cmh Refuse to refund

Hello Peter I bought a part from CMH in January which they did not have in stock, but they promise to get the part for me from the States. After two months without the part with no explanation from CMH, I decided to call them, they told me that they couldn't get the part for me, so I requested to cancel the purchase, I was told that they dont refund unless I use the money owed to me to buy something from their store. I told them that I dont want anything from them. Peter everytime I call them they are telling stories, Now is 5 month later CMH cant pay me a lousy R2460 they owe me... Please help...
