Hello Peter I bought a part from CMH in January which they did not have in stock, but they promise to get the part for me from the States. After two months without the part with no explanation from CMH, I decided to call them, they told me that they couldn't get the part for me, so I requested to cancel the purchase, I was told that they dont refund unless I use the money owed to me to buy something from their store. I told them that I dont want anything from them. Peter everytime I call them they are telling stories, Now is 5 month later CMH cant pay me a lousy R2460 they owe me... Please help... I'm disappointed at Dean Vodacom. After I put up my complaints against vodacom you haven't done anything as yet... Do you care about lives of people or you are only concern about what you can get out of them... If you cared about my complain at least by now you should have switched off that generator and then the rest of the complaints will follow... Dean if this is how you and your vodacom treat innocent people I wonder how do you sleep at night... Please do something about this with immediate effect...
Hello Peter... Mine is a question that requires an answer in a form of an advice Vodacom has erected a network tower in my neighbour's yard. My problem with this is that: 1. it is put more closer to my house than theirs. 2. For unknown reasons they have been using the generator for the past 5days... as results we endured the noise and the fumes 24hrs... Is there any legal action that I can take against Vodacom or my neighbours...
