I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. In the span of just two weeks, they damaged my vehicle twice and had to repair it both times. The last repair took a full week at a panel beater, yet the quality control was lacking, leaving me with a relatively new vehicle that now has a defect.
While they have committed to repairing it to Ford standards, there has been no communication regarding the next steps since February 14, 2025. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.
After six years of loyal support, it’s disheartening to say that I can no longer endorse or recommend this dealership.
