I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. In the span of just two weeks, they damaged my vehicle twice and had to repair it both times. The last repair took a full week at a panel beater, yet the quality control was lacking, leaving me with a relatively new vehicle that now has a defect. While they have committed to repairing it to Ford standards, there has been no communication regarding the next steps since February 14, 2025. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. After six years of loyal support, it’s disheartening to say that I can no longer endorse or recommend this dealership.
Most ********* and confused insurance company I have ever dealt with. Service levels at the time of quoting was great, when you accept their quote then the EXTREME frustration starts with zero service/ contact ability (you end up talking to chatbots which are pre-programmed - you have no number for their call center to talk to a human - you must wait until eventually someone "may" phone you back); they then also load different premiums to debit your account to what you have accepted at the time of the quote, and this amount differs further from the premium summary loaded on your app profile - this is ********* behavior - I have all the proof of this. A great experience turned out to be a nightmare!!! Worst experience I have ever had - dont insure through them, huge mistake!
Mikes Kitchen Montana Crossings. Worst service ever! Walked in around 10h00, ordered breakfast and drinks. Drinks arrived in good time. Breakfast did not reach us in 50minutes. We decided to leave the restuarant without breakfast. Requested the bill and they even brought us the wrong bill!!! The restuarant only had 4 tables occupied including us......this is just poor service and management. Mikes Kitchen will not see us again!
