I sent for ballito and email to find out some information, I contacted the branch to check if they had some record of a cambelt replacement for a vehicle that was purchased through Ford umhlali.
My regular services where done with Ford ballito.... According to my knowledge the vehicle should have had it done at 120000km....
According to servuce department it was not done and was under warranty.
I am now nearing to 195000km and called to query why this was never done and if it was in fact ever done...
I received an answer that at time for cambelt changed it was never done...
This poses a huge problem and a liability.
I did ask for service manager to co tact me back to no avail.
I have also contacted Ford complaint and they send me back to branch which are not helpful at all.
