ABSA vehicle finance phones me everyday 4 times a day... It's bordering on the point of harassment..... I pay my account monthly sometime a little short but I try make plans to cover up the shortfall. Account is almost stalled but still I get 4 phone calls everyday and most of the time the guys answer then put down the phone. When I'm short Iake arrangements to pay the shortfall the following month with an agent but then still get harassed everyday after to make payment but I have done so with 3 or 4 agents already. It's just becoming rediculous and a hassle at work.... I am aware account need to be settled in full but way things are just not possible sometimes. Please don't harass me u will get payment I'm not running away.... My vehicle is important to me and always gets paid....
I sent for ballito and email to find out some information, I contacted the branch to check if they had some record of a cambelt replacement for a vehicle that was purchased through Ford umhlali. My regular services where done with Ford ballito.... According to my knowledge the vehicle should have had it done at 120000km.... According to servuce department it was not done and was under warranty. I am now nearing to 195000km and called to query why this was never done and if it was in fact ever done... I received an answer that at time for cambelt changed it was never done... This poses a huge problem and a liability. I did ask for service manager to co tact me back to no avail. I have also contacted Ford complaint and they send me back to branch which are not helpful at all.
Extremely disappointed with game stores simple choice pva paint.... Painted a room now 4 times.... And still paint has not made wall white underlying colour still showing through..... Worst paint I have ever bought unfortunately budget was slim so not much options available.... After this nightmare think it better to just throw in the extra 200 or 300 and buy a smaller tin of descent paint.
Just got R7165 debited from my account. My account was cancelled months ago via email and telephonic call with representative. Have no idea why this is still being debited.
So far waiting 15 days for a claim on my cellphone to be resolved, after days of no response to my calls or messages I finally receive a call to tell me the damage is not recent and that it now needs to go to management, not sure who does the inspections but not very good at their job... I have been struggling to attend to work emails and calls .Absolutely **** service ...have only been with them for 3 months went with the most expensive cell insurance plus accident damage to make sure there wouldn't be any issues if I had to go through this...Looks like I picked the wrong company.
I recently bought a nissan juke from cmh datcentre pinetown the only reason why I purchased the vehicle is because of all the extras I was promised......maintenance plan......repairs. ....to which only half has been done. The most important of all is the maintenance plan to180000, I recently phoned nissan ballito to organise a service and to find out Iif said plan was in place. According to them it is not I have had the vehicle for 2 months already I was promised by sales staff that this would becompleted by them manager and was an agreed part of the sale......I have sent a few emails and made a few calls and still no reply....Thisconcerns me as this Iis the only reason I purchased a second hand vehicle.....
I placed an order with Tim Wentzel two weeks ago for a speaker and a few other items... Unfortunately I was in a bit if a rush so I bought the small items from another supplier and decided to get the speaker itself from sound select. I then sent Tim an email to just do a quote on the speaker unfortunately he didn't seem to keen to reply to my emails so then called him and told him I'd do an eft just for the speaker which I did. I then waited 4 days and after numerous emails and no answer decided to call again, Tim then proceeded to tell me there was a delivery charge......he responded to none of my emails to notify me of this, if he had I would have done another deposit....at this stage I had had enough and requested a refund...This was a Friday. The following week I sent through another email confirming if the refund would take place and how long it would take, no reply again. I called today and spoke to someone in the accounts department to find out if it had been handed over by Tim, again nothing had been done....This was obviously extremely funny to the staff as I could hear tim and the gentleman on the phone making a huge joke out of it. .... Terrible service!!!
