We purchased a 2018 Ford Ranger Double Cab from Tumi in October 2024. Since then, I have been repeatedly following up regarding the spare key, which I still have not received.
This is completely unacceptable. When I traded in my previous vehicle, both the key and spare key were handed over without delay. Nearly a year has passed, and despite speaking to Tumi at least twice a week, there has been no resolution.
Their after-sales service has been extremely disappointing.
They do not even answer their emails
