Please note i went to CHM mazda hartfield to order the computer box for my mazda 3 2.0 individual model 2009/10 , they told me that the process for me to get the computerbox i have to pay the deposit so that it can be order from japan .i have pay the deposit on feb the amount of 2000 , i was charge 3050 for the computer box . to my suprise the price has change to 12000 now , so the dealership insist me to pay the 12000 which is not acceptable to the customer. im not very happy with the service , why the price has to increase now after i have order it while it was less , who fault it is between me an a service provider.if i dont get any respond within 7 days im taking my query to hellopeter and to social media , My car it has stay for morethan 4 years at my garage because of the computer box en im still paying the bank on monthly basis , im not happy with mazda at all i wont advise anybody to buy car at the dealership . i spoken to walter on saturday that i wanna cancelled the order because you treat us like rubbish.you dont value your customer .
