I have join the MyTelnet on June 2020 , however im not happy with them the are billing my company for the service that we never used or received on them, now the said i'm owing them R1400 for the service , we never used even their App , so for the company the abused the power of signing the contract with them while the is know one call to assist us with their service on how to access it
i have requested to be contact by the nedbank agent for the credit card application, the consultant call me an said that he wont be able to grant me credit card due to my credit score , i just recently open clothing account and cellphone contract ,however need bank doesnt want to give me a credit cards while my monthly salary is going to their bank , im not happy with need bank customer services , how come i dont qualify for credit card because of the scoring which the consultant said is low while other companies grant me account .
