September 2022 I reported a noise to service Advisor Raheesa at CMH Haval pinetown dealership after an inspection, I was informed that there was no issue and I trusted their expertise. However the noise persisted and even worsened overtime and still I was dismissed.
In 2023 still the noise was there and more problems occurred Tyre sensor faulty just because she had an award as the best administrator when she spoke with Me she wanted me to believe that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle.
2024 I reported the issue still was I was dismissed Now because the car is no longer under full maintenance plan the dealership acknowledges the faulty the one I suspected in 2022. This issue is not negatively affecting my routine but my overall experience as well. When I ask for clarity why they only identifying the problem now . She is not answering it been 4 days without a car my kids are not going to school because I don't have a car.
