In August I was not leave and I went to spec savers in Pavillion I have done my eye test and went it time to pay I was told to pay full amount after I have done the eye test . Ever since I started using glasses I have been using spec savers and I always pay half on the day then on collection u pay the rest of the money. I feel like I was ****** because I ended up not taking glasses . The should have told me upfront before the eye test. What is surprising me under branches they using that system to pay 50% on the day the on collection you pay the rest . PMB , Durban and JHB they do that . Even the Pavillion I always pay 50% . If I was told upfront I was not gonna do the eye test . Even the lady who was assisting me didn't explain all of this I found about today coz I went to complain
I have never received such a terrible experience I'm my life worse from the person who is a superior American Swiss in Pavillion. She was singing and I asked her is this professional to sing while there is customers and she answered me with an attitude way she said every stuff in her store sings. Who could have see her face and eyes that she was drunk even the make up couldn't hide that she was drunk. Eyes red. I believe she need more professional training on how to treat customers she must not take her position into her head. I was very disappointed I have 20 watches that I have bought from this store I have never been treat this way . I asked her name and they said she is Nosipho mbatha . She was not wearing her name tag . I strongly believe there are ccv . If you can view the footage you will see her she was talking to me looking else where . Shouting at me in front of customers nd left me like that and went to the back office. I deal with clients I have never witnessed any kind of service even in the tuckshop
Sunday I have sent my 15 years old son to ask for R100.00 cash back as he was to church and he needed offering money to God. Only R100 and the lady who assisted her said there’s no money. The Pick ‘n Pay in Marianridge drive and he was assisted by kholeka chiya. I had to drive me went there myself and when I get there the lady was available without customer. She call next nd as soon as she sees me she stop calling . Everytime I went to this shop she always give me attitude from last year I even reported her to her manager or supervisor but still. I hardly withdraw cash I withdraw once a month coz I don’t like to have cash with me so I only need cash for offering. Please address this you can even view the footage Sunday the 15 of march around 9:30 . You will see she was talking her stories instead of calling next
September 2022 I reported a noise to service Advisor Raheesa at CMH Haval pinetown dealership after an inspection, I was informed that there was no issue and I trusted their expertise. However the noise persisted and even worsened overtime and still I was dismissed. In 2023 still the noise was there and more problems occurred Tyre sensor faulty just because she had an award as the best administrator when she spoke with Me she wanted me to believe that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. 2024 I reported the issue still was I was dismissed Now because the car is no longer under full maintenance plan the dealership acknowledges the faulty the one I suspected in 2022. This issue is not negatively affecting my routine but my overall experience as well. When I ask for clarity why they only identifying the problem now . She is not answering it been 4 days without a car my kids are not going to school because I don't have a car.
Today I went to Game store pinecrest branch to buy washing basket then when I was at the teller I was assistanted by Kwanele Charles. He couldn't scan basket he said there is no bar code he called his supervisor Nalini who apologised for the inconvenience . She told me to wait and I waited for approximately 20min. When I complain to Kwanele abt the long wait he started singing nananana I asked him to call his supervisor he continue singing . I also deal with customer I never ever see such bad behaviour and attitude. ... I don't give consultant attitude because I know how to deal with customer but people like Kwanele don't deserve to deal with customers. He said he don't know how to write when I ask him to write his supervosor's name .
