Service Department is pathetic! Raised a noise with my breaks at 5000 which they said that they need to wear in and it will go away. 14000 - raised it again 26000 - raised it again, disc's manufacturer issue Also made a request for a warranty claim as my door handle was faiding. Raessa from the service department never emailed me and said she called 6months later I had to follow up on a warranty. Currently my car is back there with the breaks still and the excuse this morning when I dropped my car was my spanner rattling by Ray the service manager. I am so over their excuses they have not sorted the issue out and tell a story everytime. Raessa has no service skills whatsoever! I am highly frustrated and certainly hope they stop lying to customers. Haval SA needs to start getting involved, they make idiots out of customers and as a woman try their luck.
