We purchased a brush cutter from Game. It was making a noise after the 2nd time we used it. It came in to you guys and your service consultant called my husband and blamed everything on us (due to assembly) what a load of *******. Since we purchased ours we have seen many reviews of you guys and your brush cutter issues. You people are rude. When we get it back be prepared for us to bring it to you to assemble.
Service Department is pathetic! Raised a noise with my breaks at 5000 which they said that they need to wear in and it will go away. 14000 - raised it again 26000 - raised it again, disc's manufacturer issue Also made a request for a warranty claim as my door handle was faiding. Raessa from the service department never emailed me and said she called 6months later I had to follow up on a warranty. Currently my car is back there with the breaks still and the excuse this morning when I dropped my car was my spanner rattling by Ray the service manager. I am so over their excuses they have not sorted the issue out and tell a story everytime. Raessa has no service skills whatsoever! I am highly frustrated and certainly hope they stop lying to customers. Haval SA needs to start getting involved, they make idiots out of customers and as a woman try their luck.
Honestly DO NOT order from these people, I placed an order 2days ago for my mom's birthday (from my child) whi wanted to surprise his granny! It's after 5pm her order hasn't arrived, they are pathetic! Every time I've placed an order they have never delivered. They a waste of time, you cannot rely on them to spoil a loved one on a special day, birthday is over, child is upset! That's all they give u! Bye Netflorist birthday is over! Your service is 0, you need to level up! Waste of time , money and patience!
They do not inform you when your contract is up for renewal, they do not notify you when there changes to your debit order and the staff are so rude. What this gym they are not transparent and are *****!
Netflorist JUST BE NICE? Maybe you need to train your staff to BE NICE, I have never in my life received such **** service. I honestly am so disappointed in you guys! And its not the first time, but I still attempted to use you guys again. I made two orders: 1 – received broken and the driver said to the person receiving the gift phone the office. 2 – Couldn’t be delivered on time. I cannot understand why a company like yourself offers deliveries to schools, but they cannot deliver within the schools’ time. I spoke to your online live chat, they so rude and have no service whatsoever. You call the call centre and they tell you its because you ordered the night before, SO WHY OFFER THE OPTION? Absolutely disgusted and it’s not like its cheap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
New Tyres but ****ty service and absolutely not a place to go during covid. The staff dont follow covid protocol. Masks were not worn, sanitizer was not used not at the door, not by the staff and no one sanitizing the waiting area. Mishka was shouting at her manager Malcom in a disgusting manner, Malcom has no was of talking to his staff who are working on the cars and frankly the staff doing all the hard work changing the tyres had better customer service. Wonder assisted with my car and he was friendly interacted with my family, he was amazing. Bluff tyres up your covid protocol and teach ur staff that are face to face with customers to have business ethics and if they have a issue they dont shout and scream infront of ur customers and your customers little children. Mishka needs to be reprimanded for her behavior! Malcom needs to learn how to talk to his guys working on our cars. Thank you Wonder! You were a gem and I think you could teach Mishka and Malcom people skills!
My mother went to Game Galleria to purchase a dishwasher that was on special. She had the bakkie with her today and she was informed that there was no stock(this isn't something new with Game) You seem to advertise great specials with no stock. The lady informed her that they can order and deliver one in two weeks with a delivery fee of R270. Firstly YOU dont have the stock, why must your customers have to pay when YOU can get stock. So my mother spoke to the manager who shouted at her and acted very abruptly. Maybe Game need to teach their managers how to speak to female customers, they can speak to their wives like that but not to a customer and definately not to my mother. Well done Game!!!! Rude, unfriendly staff and incompetent male managers! We will take our business elsewhere and let people know how people are treated!
I bought my little one flippers yesterday they were to small. I went in today and got the bigger size and got to the till EXACTLY the same flippers, just green not blue. And had to pay in. I queried this as it was the same flippers and they told me its cause of the colour. Wow Mr Price!!!! Just wow. You price on the colour of items. Then the guy says oh the blue were marked down. So why were they with all the others? Maybe have a section for marked down (old stock) cause I took the ones today off the exact same shelf. Oh and maybe teach the staff to be helpful cause they are so miserable maybe they should be grateful they have jobs during these times.
I have a personal loan, credit card and my car with FNB How can we NOT HELP YOU should be there slogan. I applied for the 3 month covid relief they gave it to me (no problems) I then applied for the COVID RELIEF EXTENSION, they approved everything, I accepted the quote online and I even got confirmation on there secure chat. Today they debit my account and when I contact them they tell me theres no extension loaded. There secure chat keeps kicking them off, you speak to 100 different people THAT CANT HELP YOU! Their call centre also cant help you then when you go into the bank they tell you to use the app. Totally incompetent. Then you try submit a claim cause you have been paying insurance for total loss of income and they decline it, they say it doesnt cover So where does that leave us during a crisis? Dont rely on FNB, dont bank with them they cannot help and are incompetent
Bought my son jeans with the bands at the top x 3 pairs and x 2 minion jackets and one wash and all the inner bands on the jeans are twisted. Cannot believe that they have such shocking quality.<br> The jackets colour washes out after one wash. <br> <br> Very disappointed in the quality from Ackermans of late.
