The overall experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Despite paying for the vehicle in cash, the level of service provided was unacceptable. The vehicle was handed over dirty inside, and even the engine compartment was not cleaned, which reflects very poorly on your dealership’s standards.
In addition, your team repeatedly failed to adhere to agreed time slots and appointments, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. This demonstrated a clear lack of respect for customers’ time.
Most concerning was the apparent lack of concern from the dealer manager, which only reinforced the impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority at your dealership.
This entire experience has been very unpleasant, and based on this treatment, I would not recommend your dealership for second-hand car purchases. The level of service was, frankly, atrocious and far below what any customer should expect.
I trust that this complaint will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent other customers from experiencing the same level of poor service.
