I purchased a 2015 Kia Soul from them. On delivery I reported to them that there is a strange noise coming from the suspension. I took the vehicle to Kia Vereeniging as Shaun agreed to it. On inspection they found numerous faults on the vehicle. Shaun then committed to us that the driver can come and pick up the vehicle on Thursday the 18th of April, this never happened. After numerous phone calls and emails because he is not getting back to me they collected the vehicle on Tuesday the 23rd of April.
For about a week and a half we had no feedback from Shaun or ANYONE about the progress of the vehicle! This is the time when I made contact with you and you gave me Ralphs number. I made contact with him and the same day we started to get feedback from Andre Jordaan, insuring us the vehicle will be properly repaired and they are just waiting for parts. Take note this is more than two weeks after they collected the vehicle.
They eventually brought back the vehicle on Tuesday 14th of May, exactly 3 weeks of having the vehicle. To my surprise the vehicle is still not fixed an even worse as what is was initially. I received an arrogant answer from Shaun and Andre and I will NOT TOLLERATE THIS!! He said in he’s email that he is not running away from the problem but it will be better for me to report this to the Ombudsman (I will do this).
I will also make sure that the public know exactly who they are dealing with when buying ANYTHING from CMH MAZDA HATFIELD! I WILL NOT TOLLERATE THIS PATHETIC SERVICE AND IF I HAVE TO DRIVE TO PRETORIA AND LEAVE THAT CAR ON THEIR SHOWROOM I WILL!!!
I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH THE CMH GROUP!
