I purchased a 2015 Kia Soul from them. On delivery I reported to them that there is a strange noise coming from the suspension. I took the vehicle to Kia Vereeniging as Shaun agreed to it. On inspection they found numerous faults on the vehicle. Shaun then committed to us that the driver can come and pick up the vehicle on Thursday the 18th of April, this never happened. After numerous phone calls and emails because he is not getting back to me they collected the vehicle on Tuesday the 23rd of April. For about a week and a half we had no feedback from Shaun or ANYONE about the progress of the vehicle! This is the time when I made contact with you and you gave me Ralphs number. I made contact with him and the same day we started to get feedback from Andre Jordaan, insuring us the vehicle will be properly repaired and they are just waiting for parts. Take note this is more than two weeks after they collected the vehicle. They eventually brought back the vehicle on Tuesday 14th of May, exactly 3 weeks of having the vehicle. To my surprise the vehicle is still not fixed an even worse as what is was initially. I received an arrogant answer from Shaun and Andre and I will NOT TOLLERATE THIS!! He said in he’s email that he is not running away from the problem but it will be better for me to report this to the Ombudsman (I will do this). I will also make sure that the public know exactly who they are dealing with when buying ANYTHING from CMH MAZDA HATFIELD! I WILL NOT TOLLERATE THIS PATHETIC SERVICE AND IF I HAVE TO DRIVE TO PRETORIA AND LEAVE THAT CAR ON THEIR SHOWROOM I WILL!!! I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH THE CMH GROUP!
So I don't even know where to start. I recently purchased a vehicle from Morne. After I know what I know now I would have never purchased anything from this Dealership!! From day 1 I had mechanical issues with the vehicle, it took me 3 weeks to get ANY sort of assitance from Mobilis Auto!! The controll arms was making a huge noise, I had to drive and collect the parts myself because they do not have a "Driver". I had to get a workshop to fit the parts myself. (At this point the permit on the back window also expired). So I had to drive around with a car thats unroadworthy and unlisenced! Never the less the noise did not stop after replacing the controll arms and rack ends, and after long fights and threats they agreed to give me a loan vehicle to check out my vehicle, they had to replace the whole steering rack after having my vehicle for about a week,(at cost to me and my petrol). Then after another 21 Days the permit expired again!! Had to drive around with an unlicenced vehicle once again!! Then another mechancal issue popped up, I was blantly told that they refuse to have ANY more work done to the vehicle as they do not have any Profit in the vehicle!(THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM). Eventually I received my Natis Document from them so I had to take out my own Lisence disc and Number plates and they will refund me, but still no refund! Every day is a different story from them. I am fed up with this dealership and i WILL take this matter further! I will not recommend this dealership to ANYONE as the service is NON EXCISTANCE WITH THEM!!
In Februarry 2021 I cancelled my DSTV account with multichouse, I have been told that my last live day will be on the 28th of February, this did not happen, on the 2nd of March I had to call again to have the account cancelled and now also I need a refund of the Money the deducted.REF:7748117-i176 and they told that it will take 5 to 7 working days for the refund to take place. This also did not happen. On the 11th I phoned again asking about the refund and Tshepo(Call centre agent) told me that the money should be refunded that day or the Following day. Same story on the 13th when I spoke to Princess. This did not happen. Today is the 1 15th and phoned again and spoke to Nomondo and she said that the refuund process takes much longer with them as the previous consultant mentioned. She said that it will be better for me to go to the branch Johannesburg(Im based in the Vaal) and sit there and wait there for my refund? How pathetic is that? I'm tired of phoning them for MY money!! Please assist.
I’m being overcharged once again by Dstv. I have logged a complained before the 1st of Feb, and it seemed like the issue was resolved. But now this month’s premium is suddenly R1000.35. I upgraded on an all-inclusive package on black Friday last November, I have all the emails and the packaging that states this is all inclusive. So January and they deducted the wrong amount and we got refunded and sorted out the issue, now that I have contacted DSTV call centre they are asking me questions like, Am I on a payment arrangement??? YES I AM AT R749 PER MONTH!!! This is absolutely ridiculous service from DSTV!!! When I speak to the consultants they can’t give me reference numbers, I spoke to a Nthabiseng first, she then handed the phone to her manager, didn’t get the name, she rudely dropped the phone in my ear while I was explaining the situation. I then phoned the call centre once again where I spoke to Lerato, she was unhelpful and could give me answers, I insisted in speaking with her supervisor and he refused, his name is Phiren. I need answers urgently as this is not the first time with the same issue!!
I would just like to thank Susan and Truda at Betterbond Vanderbijlpark. They where fast and very help full with the buying of our property! They got us the best interest rate as well!! I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market to purchase!
