Not yet given my main key 9 months after purchase.

I bought my car on HP on 01/12/2018 and was given only the spare key with empty promises to have the main key.

I have been continuously try to resolve this with the Sales manager of CMH Pinetown but have not had any luck.

Today is 26/09/2019 and I still do not have the main key for my car and no one from the dealership bothers to contact me.

Absolutely pathetic.
