I had purchased a bubblegum tablet for my toddler for Christmas and had returned it on the 30/12/2023 due to the screen not working and the charging pin also not working. I was told that they will send it to the manufacturer on the 05/01/2024 and would get an email outlining the progress. I had then called the store on the 05/01/2024 at 5pm to find out what was happening as i never got the email and the lady said that they are waiting to send an entire batch of faulty tablets back to the manufacturer and I would once again get an email of the progress on 12/01/2024...... once again nothing has been done. This is not fair business practice. You sold me a faulty device and instead of sorting out an issue it is being prolonged. Someone really needs to look into this from Consumer Protection as i feel as though this is wrong.
I bought my car on HP on 01/12/2018 and was given only the spare key with empty promises to have the main key. I have been continuously try to resolve this with the Sales manager of CMH Pinetown but have not had any luck. Today is 26/09/2019 and I still do not have the main key for my car and no one from the dealership bothers to contact me. Absolutely pathetic.
ND496229 I took possession of my car and then had it taken to the manufacturer to sort a sensor out. Turns out Renewit had taken out my alternator, rewired it incorrectly and stuck the wires with glue, since I am new to the area I have exhausted my leave days and cannot pay R200 a day to travel from work to home and I asked Jaquie if the company is open on Saturday's so I can bring my car in and have it sorted while I wait. Still no response. Please you guys messed up something kindly sort this out as the sensor needs to be sorted but it can only be done once you guys rectify the problem.
