Just to save a commission for themselves. They can put any individual at risk financially and emotionally. As long as they can make money. What i have learnt is . You will be treated at the dealership on the based on your nationality. It is so disappointing and disgraceful dealing with these guys. I have learned a hard way. I will guide other potential customers to be careful.

I bought the car in this Company in 2017,my sales lady was Philisiwe Xaba that assisted me nicely from the begining before I sign the contract,I was joined with the company for the motor warranty for two years,they told me after two years it will expire I'll have to find my own.When that time came I joined another extended warranty somewhere else but suprisingly that Im still paying two warranties,the first one never stopped deducting.When I phoned Nissan Pine town and speak to Philisiwe Xaba, she throw me from pillar to post.Im not happy with their way of dealing with their customers.I dont think customer service should be like that.

I bought my car on HP on 01/12/2018 and was given only the spare key with empty promises to have the main key. I have been continuously try to resolve this with the Sales manager of CMH Pinetown but have not had any luck. Today is 26/09/2019 and I still do not have the main key for my car and no one from the dealership bothers to contact me. Absolutely pathetic.
