I have received a very poor and risky service from InDrive. I would like to warn South Africans that people are putting their life at risk for using their services. I actually got ****** while using their service and they don't care about that. Case has been opened with the police. Be alert!!
Hi, on the 21st of July 2025 I booked the bus online with ticketpro from Bloemfontein to East London. When the day comes I went to the bus station and found no one had an idea of the ticket that was issued to me. When I approached Ticketpro they kept on promising forever. What I've noticed is that Ticketpro is a **** and people need to be careful them before they loose their money.

Hi, on the 17th July 2024 I made a bus booking from Freestate to Eastern cape through Ticketpro to come across with very bad experience, after I paid R712. 00 and no bus was available for me and the their response is that it is not their duty to allocate the bus or to make any arrangements for me as the passenger. Very disgusting and unprofessional way of running business to inconvenience people.
Good morning,I would like to share the very bad experience that I came across with at Bloemfontein Postnet at Waterfront(LocLogan) Two ladies that works there ,one is helping at the finger print machine and one at the counter.Those ladies are very rude for dealing with public,customer service is very poor,I even asked their names because they not wearing name tags,I'm very disappointed
I'm getting the bad experience from Rain,I asked them before we start the deal that I will need something written down as I will be using the data and minutes for for work purpose they said no instead I will get the proof of of payment to so I can submit at work but that is not happening, I an communicating with them daily without success,instead I got my score dropped because of them,they must try and improve their service.for now it is poor.
Good day I firstly experienced problem with IQ Academy that I addressed to them.I even wanted nothing to do with them up until I got the call from one of their consultants that listened to my story attentively and handled the matter professionally, in so much that I'm still going to come back to IQ academy and carry on with my studies.Thsnk you very much to the entire team of IQ academy as well. Hello,I have been the member of Metropolitan for almost five years,but now I'm getting disappointed with their bad service,after I changed the department and now working for the other department with the same persal no.,thinking that there'll be no interruption in my policy simple because I'm still using the same persal no. Surprisingly to find that my policy is two months behind.I only picked up when I got the payslip,I phoned them trying to find out the reason why they don't inform me when the money is not available,so for now they throw me from pillar to post after all this period I have invested with them,I need assistance please.
