Hi, on the 21st of July 2025 I booked the bus online with ticketpro from Bloemfontein to East London. When the day comes I went to the bus station and found no one had an idea of the ticket that was issued to me. When I approached Ticketpro they kept on promising forever. What I've noticed is that Ticketpro is a **** and people need to be careful them before they loose their money.

Dissatisfied with TicketPro service - NO response
I am dissapointed in the service that i have recevied from Ticketpro. i have had queries regarding my tickets and have sent at least 6 emails for assistance for the SAT20 cricket games in Durban and i have not had ONE reply from them.i do not approve of this service and if there was any other way i would not use their services. i await my tickets for the game on the 30th of December and have not recevied the barcoded ones. Have sent yet another email this morning and i am needing a reply but dont expect one.

Ticketpro worst experience ever and I will tell you why.on the 27 July it was a Sunday they advertised with Hollywoodbets for a R100 family deal for the Fin cup cricket match on the 17 August but I purchased it from Ticketpro online did everything booked seats and the money went threw successfully I have the sms as proof I never got a message or an email or nothing so from Sunday 27 July no tickets tried contacting them sending emails done everything and no help no tickets and no money

I bought 3 tickets for the keyshia Cole concert online, I paid and went back to the website which suddenly became out of order, I have not recieved any confirmation or tickets. I tried to speak with them on their chat and have still not gotten any response, so I sent an email and there is still no response. I have paid R4260.00 and cannot just let it go down the drain

Useless
Good day This was the worst event I have ever attended. Or attempted to anyway!!! We got traffic all the way from the highway offramp from 5:30pm - our time slot was 6pm. After almost 1hr and 45 min we eventually reached the main gates which was not controlled at all.. people were driving like maniacs creating lanes and just trying to jump the qeue.. when we eventually reached the parking bays we found that there were NO PARKING AT ALL?? Even the security guys who were trying to help told us there is no more parking available.??.... How are these events organized when there is absolutely NO rules to adhere to? I would either like a refund or tickets for an alternative date as this was a complete waste of time and money. I have sent multiple emails and tried to make contact with this company with absolutely no reply!!

Ticketpro frauded us out of our money
I booked tickets for rugby game at ellispark 13 August 2022 already on 2 April 2022. Ticket ref 2204137135 when we arrived there . No seats was found as indicated on our Ticets East Upper E71 C386 and C387 . We had then to uncomfortable on the steps where people pass us the wholetime . I was really not impressed with Ticketpro and sure will never book anything from them again . This was really unacceptable as we had to sit on steps when we paid for seats stadium was full and there was no other seat availible.
