Good day Every year for 3 years I purchased lay bye from Jet Menlyn with no problems today I had so bad customer service that I will never buy from Jet ever again. I walk around in shop for two hours getting the clothes to lay bye come infront by till and I was told they do not take lay byes because they busy with stock taking . Then I told the cashier what now and she said she dont know and is sorry cant I pay cash for the clothes can not believe that there was not even sign no where in shop to say that i can not lay bye and that they busy with stock taking. Very disaapointed in jet menlyn I will never buy there again.
I booked tickets for rugby game at ellispark 13 August 2022 already on 2 April 2022. Ticket ref 2204137135 when we arrived there . No seats was found as indicated on our Ticets East Upper E71 C386 and C387 . We had then to uncomfortable on the steps where people pass us the wholetime . I was really not impressed with Ticketpro and sure will never book anything from them again . This was really unacceptable as we had to sit on steps when we paid for seats stadium was full and there was no other seat availible.
Parking Mangement Office just Rude and dont have any way listen to your problem. I went to go pick up Family yesterday at OR Tambo airport .. I then did not see any signs to say where to park so I took Parking Level 2 South went in by the boom gate and relaize I was in the Long stay parking . I park my car and see if there was anyone to assist me to the correct parking .... I could not find anyone. I got in 17.30 ... I then find security ask him he refer me to Level 2 and say must look for parking office so I did after walking around for 20 min I return to my car phone my Aunti and say I dont know where I am I send her in whatsapp then photos where I stand . Then when they found me after walking 15 min threw the airport we went to parking ticket stand to pay the ticket it told us to pay R430 somthing like that then we found another security then told us on Level 1 is the Parking Management office as I left my aunti them at car as my Uncle could not walk anymore I went in lift then go to Level1 where took me another 10 min walk when I got there I explain the lady what happen she told me is my own fault and I need to pay R150 I told her I dont have that money and I park wrong she told me is my own fault and I need to pay that because she doing me favour not to pay the full amount of R400 and something . I then walk back to car to tell my aunti and she went with me to the office they still did not want to believe me . Aunti insist that we then speak to manager. After waiting 10 min he came ask us he understand we got challange. After I again told him the story he straight tell me I was lying he dont believe my story and that there is signs and people to show where I must park . While busy explained to him another passenger came and stand with us and said he paid over R800 for parking for one day ... so my aunti day she will never use O R Tambo again to fly . The manager then start saying because we where complaining we let everyone want to complain also .After we the problem could not be resolved and look as its juat getting worse we decided to pay the R150 and just to avoid further conflict and to go home. This was very disappointing after it really happen by accident I took the wrong turn . My aunti have no intention to fly again from O R Tambo due to this stressfull situation. I have the parking card where time was up also voice recording with the lady and pictures to aunti to show here where I stand when I was lost
Went Saturday to Truworths to buy phone Cash . They did not want to accept my Id book that is cover in plastic said that they cannot accept the ID. This ID was used previously to buy phone at the same branch Three months ago . Lady with the name Esther that assist me at the Cellphone division, I have truworth account now over 10 years and is fully paid up. I think this was very bad customer service after all I did not even want to buy the phone on my account but wanted to pay cash for it. I went to GAME and they accept my Id said there is nothing wrong and bought the phone cash. Thank you HG Le FLEUR
POOR SERVICE ..... After very rude person that answer there phones and drop the phone in your ear while you still busy talking to them ....... Very rude personnel coming out to your house that definitely not treat you as paying customer. After they connect the wrong pipes in my house they still insist that there is another fault and they will have to come out again to come and repair the other fault. The people coming out and give you Quote and people repairing is different so different problems get added to the Job cards and not the correct things get repaired get I will not recommend this pluming services to anyone....

He is already 11 years customer of truworths as he recently does not work he always make a plan to pay his Truworth account and is always up to date . Last month he paid R200.00 and was R25.00 short on his payment and will then pay it this month . I got is statement 8 August where it said that he need to make payment of R249.87 no later than the 1 September 2017. On friday the 11 August he received sms from truworth where they said "Your payment to Truworth remains overdue paymentof R249.87 today and will allow you to use your credit " . He then phone truworths where they told him that he need to make the payment today otherwise they will hand him over . After he explain that on the statement it only say 1 September they did not want to understand . Then on Saturday 12 August he received another sms "Avoid handover and keep your credit facility by paying truworth R249.87 today . He went to Menlyn branch where they could not assist . This is not right the statement said that you need to pay 1 September but the sms and branch say something else . I feel like I am not winning either why need assistance . </p>
