I am dissapointed in the service that i have recevied from Ticketpro. i have had queries regarding my tickets and have sent at least 6 emails for assistance for the SAT20 cricket games in Durban and i have not had ONE reply from them.i do not approve of this service and if there was any other way i would not use their services. i await my tickets for the game on the 30th of December and have not recevied the barcoded ones. Have sent yet another email this morning and i am needing a reply but dont expect one.
i ordered from Mr Price Home and i received the wrong parcel. I received a Clicks parcel and the owner of the Clicks parcel received my parcel. i have been in contact with Mr Price Home daily since last week Wednesday and i keep getting told they are dealing with and have escalated my query to the Couriers, being Dawnwing (DPD). It cant take 4 working days for Mr Price Home consultants to get in touch with Dawnwing couriers and arrange for my parcel to be collected in Limpopo and delivered to me in KZN. The owner of the Clicks parcel is also frustrated.
Have had a terrible experience with them on the 30th of September 2025. i was awaiting my Mr Price Home parcel. It was delivered to me by DPD couriers in a clicks box. when i opened the box it was a clicks order containing baby things, value at about R700 that i did not order. i then called Mr Price home to follow up on my order as i had received an email from Mr Price Home to say my parcel had been delivered. i had not recevied it!! i received somebodies Clicks parcel. Turns out Dawnwing/DPD couriers had stuck my delivery details for my Mr Price Home on the clicks box and who knows which box my delivery sticker was stuck to. i was honest in advising clicks and Mr Price Home that i had received this clicks order that was not mine. What if the person who received my Mr Price home parcel isnt honest to report they recevied a parcel not meant for them. i called Dawn wing/DPD couriers yesterday and they were unhelpful, and the lady i spoke to was not grasping what the issue was, and she was unable to track where and to whom my order went to, after i gave her the tracking number assigned to my parcel. i was told by them that they would check with the driver who delivered the incorrect box to me and i would receive a call soonest. i still await feedback/a call from them. Mr Price Home have also escalated this issue to DPD and have to wait 48 hours for feedback from the couriers. This is unacceptable. My Mr Price home order box has gone to someone else and i WANT MY PARCEL found. Mr Price Home use DPD couriers and the fault lies with them. i understand a mistake can happen but when i called them i was not satisfied with their feedback. i am stressing as i dont know where my parcel is, that i paid for, value R450. This needs to be escalated and need feedback from them urgently.
