Useless

Good day

This was the worst event I have ever attended. Or attempted to anyway!!! We got traffic all the way from the highway offramp from 5:30pm - our time slot was 6pm. After almost 1hr and 45 min we eventually reached the main gates which was not controlled at all.. people were driving like maniacs creating lanes and just trying to jump the qeue.. when we eventually reached the parking bays we found that there were NO PARKING AT ALL?? Even the security guys who were trying to help told us there is no more parking available.??.... How are these events organized when there is absolutely NO rules to adhere to? I would either like a refund or tickets for an alternative date as this was a complete waste of time and money. I have sent multiple emails and tried to make contact with this company with absolutely no reply!!
