Good day This was the worst event I have ever attended or tried to anyway!! We got traffic all the way from the highway offramp from 5:30pm - our time slot was 6pm. After almost 1hr and 45 min we eventually reached the main gates which was not controlled at all.. people were driving like maniacs creating lanes and just trying to jump the qeue.. when we eventually reached the parking bays we found that there were NO PARKING AT ALL?? Even the security guys who were trying to help told us there is no more parking available.??.... How are these events organized when there is absolutely NO rules to adhere to? I would either like a refund or tickets for an alternative date as this was a complete waste of time and money. Rosa

Placed an order on Wednesday 26 April for delivery on the 28th. Paid trough OZOW - Capitec Pay. The money was successfully deducted from my account but seemed to have timed out on the Netflorist website. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE trying to get this resolved. I immediately emailed netflorist with POP and explaining what had happened. Spoke to 3 Call Center Consultants all of which advised the order was retrieved but had to be sent to the relevant dept to be released. Thursday I followed up via the chat site & the Consultant advised it has been escalated - but no need to worry the order will be delivered Friday. Come Friday Morning- I check in again on the chat site just to Confirm that all is still in order - I am advised it is. 4pm still no delivery- please NOTE the recipient was meant to work only until 3pm - I made him wait for his gift to delivered to his office. I check in on the chat site once again.. this time to be told the order has not been released yet??? I had to send POP again cause they could not retrieve my order?? Needless so say, by this time I have not even had a single response to my e-mail I sent on Wednesday!!! I asked for the managers e-mail so I could escalate my query myself as obviously NOTHING was being done. I spoke to 3 Call Center Agents Time of calls: 27 April- 8:34 27 April- 11:18 28 April- 8:15 Agents I spoke to on the chat: Boitumelo Maureen All which confirmed my order will be delivered. Then lastly I spoke to : Legato Who advised the order was still to be released. And could not track my details??? I then asked her to give me her managers details: Sihle@netflorist.co.za Needless to say, I have still not had a single response to my query.. Absolute WORST Courier Company in SA. This is the only Courier Company That Cannot find my address. Amberfield Crest Estate can be found on any GPS. I even offered to meet the driver at a close-by Garage only to get there and be advised he left Centurion. This is an absolute JOKE to say the least. The drivers and the Manager I spoke to has NO Customer Satisfaction Etiquette.
