I had the pleasure of dealing with one of the best dealerships and team within KZN. As a single female it’s not always easy getting the next steps right when it comes to a new car or trade in deals as we go in with this expectation that we’re not getting the best advice or being upsold half the time. I truly appreciated Roman, Renita, Wassim, Melanie the entire team from the finance dept through to sales was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I felt heard, my questions were answered and I left that dealership in my new Suzuki Fronx feeling like I received a tailored package of care. I would highly recommend the brand Suzuki to anyone but also highly recommend this dealership for the excellent customer service and I don’t even reside in Pinetown.

Suzuki Pinetown are a bunch of ********s that take advantage of unknowing car buyers. A salesperson from their dealership took my documents and app**** for finance without my consent and they are refusing to give me information they got from the banks information that belongs to me and that I did not even give consent for them to obtain. Applying for finance without consent is ********. Submitting a finance application without authority may violate the National Credit Act and POPIA. I am giving these ****** until the end of business on Monday to give me my information THAT WAS OBTAINED *******LY, or else I will lay an official complaint with the ombudsman, and they will hear from my lawyers as well. Also if you are a new car buyer, stay away from that dealership. They are a bunch of ****** and will take advantage of you!!!!

They make promises to customers and fail to fulfil them. I bought a second car from them and one salesperson said I’d get a radio installed for free since I’m their customer. It’s been 3 months of having the car when call and even going there nothing is been done.

I bought a car from Suzuki Pinetown on the 28 January 2025 Suzuki Celario only to find out late February that boot is giving me problems sometimes it doesn’t want to open than I reported the problem to Pinetown Suzuki they said I must come to them I went there than they said they is nothing wrong the boot lid but I told them and showed the videos where it wasn’t opening okay they booked it in than they took it following day for “checking”but still even today the boot lid is still giving me problems right now I’m stucked with grocery on the boot cause it doesn’t open…….im really not happy with suzuki

My car is still yet not serviced. My driver took the car yesterday morning for the 2nd service, to my surprise we were told that they can't do the service as it was supposed to come in when it was 30 000 km. I called Pinetown centre-031 001 1400 on 1st of August 2024 at 10:11 am to book for my service, of which I was told by the lady, I can't remember her name, that because my first service was late, the car was on 21 000 something if not 22, she said I must bring the car in when it’s sitting on 36 000 km. My driver called me yesterday to remind me of the service, so we don't repeat my 1st mistake, and the car was on 35 587 km. I called CMH Pinetown after 12:00 pm,and the confirmation came through at 12:21 pm. My 1st service was done on the 2nd of July 2024. Sharon or Cherly was assisting me with my 1st service. I asked for them to pull my call that I made on 1st of August-067 number and I haven't received the feedback. Half day is gone, my business is on hold for this. I need answers as to why this took so long to get it sorted, and the fact that I know that I am not at fault this time. This is frustrating me, and I need it sorted. I don't want to deal with anyone from the Services department at this point, I want to deal with someone from higher management to address this and I want everyone who’s involved to be dealt with. Please take note that,my car spent a night at CMH. So I lost a day of business. I need answers someone has to pay for this. I need investigation to be conducted ofwhich it should've been done yesterday. Clearly my business is not important
