Suzuki Pinetown are a bunch of ********s that take advantage of unknowing car buyers. A salesperson from their dealership took my documents and app**** for finance without my consent and they are refusing to give me information they got from the banks information that belongs to me and that I did not even give consent for them to obtain. Applying for finance without consent is ********. Submitting a finance application without authority may violate the National Credit Act and POPIA. I am giving these ****** until the end of business on Monday to give me my information THAT WAS OBTAINED *******LY, or else I will lay an official complaint with the ombudsman, and they will hear from my lawyers as well. Also if you are a new car buyer, stay away from that dealership. They are a bunch of ****** and will take advantage of you!!!!
I was on a cellphone contract with vodacom which ended in September, I have been trying to cancel it since then with no avail. Went to the store in Hatfield and they said they can't help i need to call the number for cancelation which I have been doing since. I keep getting sms and emails from them confirming they have received my cancelation request and the call ends. It's bad enough that they have a ****py network now I have to run after them to cancel a contract that ended in September already worse part they are deducting an even larger amount then the initial contract agreement. Whatever you do , do not take a contract out with these ******!!
I wrote here about an issue regarding the fact that payjoy wrongfully put a hard enquiry on my profile even though I don't owe them anything and their phone was returned in good condition. They called and sent an email to my other enail address (mabundasindiswa@yahoo.com) they also apologized and said they will send my details to NRB and a month later that has not been done. If you were thinking of taking a phone with these people please don't unless you want stress in yoyr life. I also hate the fact that each time I call their call cebtre I have to explain everything from scratch coz they don't even update what is going on with my situation on their system. I am sick and tired of these people and I am now taking this to the ombudsman.
I took a phone and canceled the contract same month for personal reasons. I also submitted all paperwork yet I got a notification that a credit inquiry has been added on my profile. When I called payjoy the lady confirmed thar they got everything & the phone was in good condition but my cancelation request was not attended. I was told to expect a call from their finance department after 72 hours, I have been waiting since. This happened in November... The credit inquiry limits my chances of getting hired for a post I app**** for. I hate payjoy with passion, they are messing with my employment prospects!!!
I went to boxer to buy a few things and than requested a cashback .The cashier who was serving me was down right rude to me.He gave me back the card and I asked about the cashback and he said he wouldn't have given me my card back if he had any cash. He than proceeded with ringing up my things and started serving another customer without even offering me a plastic packet. I had to go to another cashier who sold me a plastic pocket and on my way out of the store I said to him "that is no way to talk to a customer ,you are very rude please do better next time" and he threatened me and said I better make sure that we don't ever meet on the street ...I asked if he was threatening me and I went to the manager's office. The manager tried resolving the issue but the guy was rude and condescending to me even in front of the manager. I was so furious I stormed out of the store. I am so ****ed right now I am even contemplating going to the police station to open a charge of intimidation!!!!
