I have not seen the bad customer service of Volvo as of Bryanston Volvo. I have been calling them trying to extend my service plan as I bought second Volvo late last year. The worst thing is that my service plan is ending, since the beginning of this month I have been calling them and the promise to return to me without any success. It is disheartening that I had to drive directly there to get help and the lady Lerato when the receptionist called her to assist me with the quotation and the process she just said she is busy and cannot see me. Now is a week waiting for her call. It is my first time buying a Volvo and I would not advise anyone to buy the second hand Volvo as no one will assist you with extension of service plan.
