Bad service: Alexander Forbes
Hi Please note that Alexander Forbes does not provide a good customer experience. When it comes time to receive your provident fund, expect the following challenges, which I have also faced: 1. Lack of responsiveness, 2. The process takes more than 3 months (12 weeks), 3. Agents do not have answers to your questions regarding the status of your funds, and 4. Ensure you have a plan B because Alexander Forbes is the worst financial institution when it comes to payments Thanks Ashley

Bad customer experience
I have received a bad customer experience, I bought my Volvo here and I have been calling them to extend my service plan and emailing Nelia Venter including calling them without success of response from her side.

Bad customer service
I have not seen the bad customer service of Volvo as of Bryanston Volvo. I have been calling them trying to extend my service plan as I bought second Volvo late last year. The worst thing is that my service plan is ending, since the beginning of this month I have been calling them and the promise to return to me without any success. It is disheartening that I had to drive directly there to get help and the lady Lerato when the receptionist called her to assist me with the quotation and the process she just said she is busy and cannot see me. Now is a week waiting for her call. It is my first time buying a Volvo and I would not advise anyone to buy the second hand Volvo as no one will assist you with extension of service plan.

Vumatel the worse, refuse to release ISP in my own house
Vumatel cancellation team is the worse, I requested that to release the ISP of the previous owner and the previous owner requested that they release the ISP. The employees there are taking my back and forth, they first requested lawyers letter I sent them, and after requested an affidavit I sent them by their lazy employees are not releasing the ISP now going to three weeks. As I work from work I can do anything because of Vumatel.

Car hijacking
The car that belong to wife and I was hijacked on the 8 January 2021. Miway allocated us the most racist person Suvir Bodhie to deal with our case. He used lied to the people who are not even in relation to my wife or me to get the wrong information so they can decline the to pay. Going forward I am going to expose Miway with their racists tendencies. Just after the trauma of being hijacked and hold hostage for about 4 to 5 hours and pointed by guns I still have to deal with the racist Miway to feather treat me like I am the one stole the car.
