Bought a new XC 60 from Volvo Bryanston in 2015. Had all sorts of technical problems over the years, multiple battery failures, water leaks (took about a month to repair) and many other minor but nuisance problems. Each required long lead-times to book a service. When we tried to sell the car we found they had used the wrong engine S/no on registration. This took six weeks to resolve, by which time the offer I had on the car had gone. Lost R20,000 on the car through these delays. Terrible overall experience and the last Volvo we will buy. I certainly wouldn't want to have anything to do with their arrogant used car sales person either!
