Since replacing a faulty decoder a couple of weeks ago my extra view stopped working so out of three decoders only one is operating. After numerous calls and emails I am told the tech team is working on it but there hasn’t been any progress. Time to cancel as the support is all talk and no action
Great company to deal with. Everything worked like clockwork and all staff engaged with were professional and courteous.
Terrible service at Builders Fourways. The staff are so busy talking to each other in little groups that they actually get in the way. They have no intention of helping you and any requests for assistance are viewed as interrupting their private chats. Keep the tellers and offload the rest, in my view!

Bought a new XC 60 from Volvo Bryanston in 2015. Had all sorts of technical problems over the years, multiple battery failures, water leaks (took about a month to repair) and many other minor but nuisance problems. Each required long lead-times to book a service. When we tried to sell the car we found they had used the wrong engine S/no on registration. This took six weeks to resolve, by which time the offer I had on the car had gone. Lost R20,000 on the car through these delays. Terrible overall experience and the last Volvo we will buy. I certainly wouldn't want to have anything to do with their arrogant used car sales person either!
