The sales manager at this dealership includes products and accessories that customers don't want to increase the amount. When I requested the salesman who was assisting me to have them removed, he told me his manager is refusing to remove those accessories and products. This is ********* and exploitation of customers, customers shouldn't be forced to take accessories and products they don't want.

I took my Mahindra XUV700L 2025 for Service on Monday 08/09/2025 to CMH Volvo Cars West Rand. When I went to pick up my car I noticed scratches and paint chips that were not there when I left the car. I took it up with their service rep Sizwe and he said to bring the car the next day for wax, which I did. Later on Tuesday I get a call that my car will be kept over light as the work was incomplete and I agreed on condition that my car would be returned no later than 11am on Wednesday. 10am on Wednesday I call the dealership and I am told my car would be taken to a panel beater as they were not able to remove the scratches. this was done without my consent. I arrived to the dealership and fortunately the panel beaters had just left with my car and returned it. I spoke to the principal dealer and he said they only know about the scratches and I told him to show me the pictures they took on service day as proof, which he has yet to do to this day. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP

I would like to lodge a formal complaint and express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received after purchasing my Proton X50 Premium in May 2024. On the day of the purchase, the front sensor was faulty and I had reported this. This could have easily been picked up by the dealer prior to handing me the vehicle, as driving it for 10 minutes causes an error to appear. On top of this, the incorrect spare key was provided to me, which has yet to be replaced and is a major security concern. This was also brought to the dealers attention the day of the purchase. I was informed today, after constantly asking for updates and more than a month after bringing this to the dealers attention that the wrong part has been delivered by Proton SA. This is unacceptable and this service is extremely unprofessional. My next step will be to escalate this to the consumer council if this is not resolved within the next 48 hours.

Please stay away from this dishonest, unethical dealership. I showed interest in a vehicle they were selling for R646k. Their sales lady, Ndumi, contacted me and setup a test drive which I went through and completed. When we got down to completing the deal, the price suddenly changed to R739k as VAT had later been added. They said that this error was caused by a system glitch on behalf of the website advertised on causing the vehicle to be listed excluding VAT. They made no further attempt to honor the price, meet me half way or work out a different deal. At time of this review, this same car is still advertised on 2 sites with the same price and the dealership is yet to remove/edit the listing. Furthermore, Volvo SA Head Office have told me they would investigate the matter but can not intervene and enforce the sale at a specific price. Poor.

HAVAL LITTLE FALLS withheld commission due to me, as previously agreed on, due to me not handing over a car. I had been working there for just over 2 months where I was offered a position else where which I could not let go. I had one more car to deliver (my 5th unit) which would take me into a higher bracket of commission. We (the sales manager Patty, a sales person Jaco, and I) had agreed that they would just assist me to hand over the car as I could not make it to work on that last day due to me having to move. I also made arrangements with HR that they won’t pay me for the day I’m missing. Fast forward, I ended up not getting paid for my 5th unit and they withheld my fuel money as well from me. This company is by far the worst company to work for!
