I recently bought a Mahindra XUV 700L 2025 from the Glen 29/05/2025, I had soo many issues with them on the financial billing side which they resolved and is the only reason they are note rated a 1 star. However, the windscreen had a chip and they committed to replacing in. It has been 3 months of radio silence and I follow up and I am told the windscreen is on back order. However I took my car for service at Mahindra Westrand and they told me it should not take more than 21 day to get the windscreen. I guess they are hoping I eventually forget. complaint: #MCC1042516-001
I took my Mahindra XUV700L 2025 for Service on Monday 08/09/2025 to CMH Volvo Cars West Rand. When I went to pick up my car I noticed scratches and paint chips that were not there when I left the car. I took it up with their service rep Sizwe and he said to bring the car the next day for wax, which I did. Later on Tuesday I get a call that my car will be kept over light as the work was incomplete and I agreed on condition that my car would be returned no later than 11am on Wednesday. 10am on Wednesday I call the dealership and I am told my car would be taken to a panel beater as they were not able to remove the scratches. this was done without my consent. I arrived to the dealership and fortunately the panel beaters had just left with my car and returned it. I spoke to the principal dealer and he said they only know about the scratches and I told him to show me the pictures they took on service day as proof, which he has yet to do to this day. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP
Surely SARS can do better. I submitted my returns and was audited, audit was completed and banking details loaded 22 July 2023. They say it takes 21 business to update and make payment. 02 Sep logged an escalation. still nothing, by 11 Sep I logged a complained, to date no payment and I get told complaints can take up to 21 days to resolve
I have been trying to login for 2 weeks, I request a quote it come 30min later and has expired, I log a call (2142744) and it still no help. I have no were to call to get assistance

Vuma and vox might as well be run by home affairs their service is so pathetic. They sent technicians twice to my house and a week later I still have no internet,vuma blames vox and vox blames vuma
I have been without internet from 30th March to date.i call vox,they blame vuma,vuma technicians came twice they blame vox.I am so tired of their **** I'm canceling and not paying a cent. I have spent so much time and money calling them. Useless service provider. Ref 1132597
I bought a chest freezer on special on the 25th of March 2023 today is the 3th April 2023 and I have not recieved my order. Mpho the sales rep pretended to be the store manager and **** to me making promises for over a week. Today I finally spoke to the real store manager and I have to wait till Thursday to get my freezer. I am not desperate for a freezer to an extend that I can accept this horrific treatment. I want my money back.
They will do everything to sell your house but the after sale service is horrific.My house was sold and registered with the deeds office on the 27th September 2022 and to this day 17th October 2022 I have not received proceeds for the sale.They are giving me the "it's not our problem attitude and service.They have also not received their commission but seem to not see any sense of urgency to resolve it with the attorney.I am so disappointed in Angelene as an agent and Harcourt. This is the 3rd time I have used Harcourt and it's my last.
Worst experience of my life.They are the transferring attorneys handling the sale of my house. It registered in the deeds office to the new owner on the 27th Sep 2022 and to date I have not received the money for the sale.Annelie is dogdging my calls and the director Ash Youngma is of no help. His response "they shouldn't have given you my number" They are completely unprofessional.
