The sales manager at this dealership includes products and accessories that customers don't want to increase the amount. When I requested the salesman who was assisting me to have them removed, he told me his manager is refusing to remove those accessories and products. This is ********* and exploitation of customers, customers shouldn't be forced to take accessories and products they don't want.
I sent an enquiry on the 5th about a module code that doesn't correspond with the one on my academic script. Till today I haven't received any clarity on this even though I mentioned this is urgent and I have another institution waiting to credit me but they are refusing to assist me.
My elderly mother went to open a savings account but what they did was sometimes else. They took my mother's confidential information and wrote to all her creditors claiming she's moving her debit orders to them. My mother went to the same branch yesterday she opened an account, she was told it's someone at the head office who wrote the email. They promised to send her a reference number but she never received it. Capitec now is giving me the run around, knowing their reputation they are not going to fix this. My mother's debit orders are due soon and if not not fixed all her debit orders will return and she might even lose policies. We demand the name of the person who wrote that email so we can open a case of *****.
I bought two mats and it turns out OneDayOnly is falsely advertising some of the products to deceive customers & they acknowledged this on one of their emails. Now they are refusing to give me a full refund and coming up with ********* tactics to not only discourage me from returning these mats but make sure I get next to nothing for my refund.
I placed an order with Zando and they sent me an email notifying me that they've canceled my order. I immediately notified Payflex and forwarded them the email I received from Zando about the cancelation. Zando has closed down and Payflex is refusing to stop deducting money from my bank account even though I forwarded them the cancelation email from Zando. I have been communicating with Ethan who only engages when I send an email but other than that they aren't attending to it or trying to resolve it.
Absa took money from my bank account that I didn't authorize more than 10 days ago. It is still not resolved and I still don't know why or for what that debit order was for. I reported this to them immediately and till to date, they haven't refunded my money or provide an explanation for that debit order. I didn't authorize this so it's ***** and theft.
I requested two contracts from absa vehicles in December but only received one, I kept on requesting the other one but no luck until I visited their branch in Bloemfontein on the 9th and I was told it will take 3 days. The lady at the branch assisted me very well. It's the 19th today and I haven't received the contract. I also explained that it's sars requesting them but no it's clearly not a priority on their side. I'm so frustrated now because sars will definitely see me as someone who doesn't want to comply.
Unisa handed over my outstanding fees to them and when contacting me I told them I don't have consistent income so instead of making payment arrangements that I'm most likely to default I suggested I once of settlement with a discount. I provided them all supporting documents but they didn't even consider what I was proposing. Now they are threatening me to blacklist me even though I provided a possible solution while I still can make means. They are ignoring all financial challenges that we are faced with as we created those challenges ourselves. How is listing me going to help me in this case because it's only going to make matter for me. Unisa and this firm aren't interested in anything except ruining lives because they refuse to see reason for anything.
Fnb is refusing to issue a letter that clears my name that they lied about me owing money on my credit check. I'm not sure what to do because at the branch they sent on email last week Friday and said they can only give me a statement for now but they don't know why it still says I owe when I don't.
The beginning of this month it came to my knowledge that my revolving loan was behind. FNB didn't send any formal communication to make me aware whatsoever. I kept on getting calls but when I would go on the chat on the app to verify the calls none of those calls checked out. The beginning of this month a lady who phoned again asking for my ID number and I told her I'd rather go to the branch as I'm not willing to give my ID number to a stranger that I can't even check out. I went to the branch, as soon as I found out that the revolving loan was behind I immediately paid it and I asked them why didn't they notify me immediately about this and why it was left for so long? Today I'm doing a credit check and I'm told the revolving loan is behind of which it doesn't make sense to me as I paid it immediately. FNB IS INTENTIONALLY RUINING MY CREDIT RECORD AND they are known for doing this to black people. FIX THIS NOW!!!!! WHAT MONEY DO I OWE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!
