UNPROFESSIONAL & BAD ATTITUDE / SERVICE

I have never experienced such terrible service. I am a client of OUTsurance and need my car to be repaired but instead I have been waiting on COUCHMANS AUTO BODY to provide me with assistance They offered to “squash” my car in for repairs which I then asked if it will then perhaps just sit there due to there being no space. (NO RESPONSE) I needed to call them to confirm if I may bring my vehicle in today as they advised that I could bring it in from the 27th Nov then when I called today 27th Nov they are fully booked.

The least I expected was a courtesy email of dates available or as to when there would be a gap but instead I get a rude person on the other end with an attitude.

Very unreliable and unprofessional which give OUTsurance a bad reputation
