Terrible. Not worth a cent. We booked for 3 nights and ended up leaving on the first night. We absolutely will never recommend such a place to anyone and to pay over R10k and receive such terrible service, food not even worth a cent, no cupboard space because it was so full of clothes for people living there, the bathroom was dirty, toliet broken. We booked the honeymoon room and such a disappointment. Got all inclusive food but what a shame and embrassment. This place should just be open for a day for people to see the animals and nothing more it's a backpackers and doesn't need to be so expensive. They will do anything for money and it is very clear. We tried to speak to the manager on many occasions and she drove off in her bakkie running away and got rude voice notes from her. There wasn't even a cup of tea to drink. Honestly was a shame. And forget about requesting for a refund as they will scavenge any cent to throw their way. No hot water to shower and no internet at night. Truly a waste of time, space and money. Also apparently all the cubs as shown on photos running around are all died 3 days before our arrival. Very ironic.
Terrible experience, No manners and very unprofessional
I have been up and down with Shapiro Shaik Defries and Ass. MTN account which I had for 2 years from 2013 -2015 - I paid MTN for those 2 years!!! Invoices and proof sent to SSD!!! which took me a very long time to do YET SSD still harasses me on a daily basis, calls my work and threaten me on the phone at my JOB! and it does not stop!!!! I have explained myself a million times and yet all I get is further threats I am going to take this further as i feel that this has been going on for way to long now especially knowing that a ITC has been done on me without my consent I am truly upset with these attorneys! This must stop!!
I have never experienced such terrible service. I am a client of OUTsurance and need my car to be repaired but instead I have been waiting on COUCHMANS AUTO BODY to provide me with assistance They offered to “squash” my car in for repairs which I then asked if it will then perhaps just sit there due to there being no space. (NO RESPONSE) I needed to call them to confirm if I may bring my vehicle in today as they advised that I could bring it in from the 27th Nov then when I called today 27th Nov they are fully booked. The least I expected was a courtesy email of dates available or as to when there would be a gap but instead I get a rude person on the other end with an attitude. Very unreliable and unprofessional which give OUTsurance a bad reputation
